Delivery and Service Access

1. Digital service, no shipping

Visibility OS is an online software service. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges. You use it in your web browser.

2. When you get access

• The free trial starts as soon as you sign up and create your first brand.
• A paid plan or a credit add-on is activated automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
• You receive a receipt by email, and the billing page shows your plan and the date it runs until.

3. If your plan is not activated

If you have paid and your plan or credits have not appeared after 30 minutes, write to billing@visibilityos.ai with the payment reference. We will activate it or refund you under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4. Availability

The service is currently offered to customers in India. We aim to keep it available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced where practical.

Send questions, privacy requests or complaints through our contact form or email legal@visibilityos.ai. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
